Jace's Story

Jace H. Kirk has battled urinary and kidney problems his whole life.  At age 9 his parents were told he would need a kidney transplant when he reached teenage years.  His mother donated her kidney for him at age 16. Now almost 12 years later at age 27, being a father of a beautiful little one year old son, he is fighting for his life once again.  Jace's first transplanted kidney has failed and he has been on dialysis for two months while trying to find another donor.  Jace and his young family need our help to make it through this hard time, to help him get through the dialysis and medical expenses for a second transplant, when a donor match is found.
